If you have written your own Dockerfile and you are running in a linux-based environment, be sure that any files you are writing are getting written to /home/galileo or a sub-directory of it. Only files written here are collected by the LZ daemon. An easy way to make sure this is happening is to add the following lines to your Dockerfile:
RUN useradd -ms /bin/bash galileo
This will set your working directory to be /home/galileo and ensure that you are running as a non-root user.
If you are running in a windows-based environment and using your own Dockerfile, only files that are in the C:\Users\Public or sub-folder of it are returned.
